How do I start the Summer Fit Challenge?
Simply log into The Club Company App and you will see a banner at the top of the home page. Click on the banner to get started! If you can’t see a banner, you may need to update your app. If you still encounter problems, speak to a member of our team to assist you.
Is there a stamp card this year?
No, the challenge will all take place within the app this year! This means you don’t need to worry about getting a card stamped or collecting vouchers from reception. You will need to have downloaded The Club Company App to take part. Search ‘The Club Company’ in the Apple Store or on Google Play or speak to a member of our team to assist you.
Do I need to let the instructor know I’m doing the challenge?
The app will automatically record your class attendance once you have signed into the class, so you do not need to let the instructor know or collect a stamp from them. If you haven’t signed into the class before you start, your class won’t count towards the challenge.
Does the type of class I do matter?
No – this year you can choose to do any combination of classes and all will count towards your 30-class total. However, we encourage you to try something new this summer as you might just discover something you love!
I have already completed several classes since 10th June, but I’ve only just started the challenge. Will those classes be counted?
Yes! We’ll add any daily classes to your challenge total retrospectively, so you don’t need to play catch up!
How can I claim my rewards?
When you are eligible for a reward, you will see a notification at the top of the homepage prompting you to redeem it. You should then see a voucher with a QR code. Take this voucher to a member of our team who can help you to redeem. Only click ‘redeem now’ once you have spoken to a team member. Coffee vouchers must be redeemed from the bar. All other vouchers must be redeemed from reception. You must bring your guest with you on the day you would like to redeem your free guest pass. Once your voucher has been redeemed, it will disappear from the app. You must have your phone and Club Card with you in order to redeem rewards.
When do I need to use my rewards by?
You must redeem all rewards by 31st August 2024.
I’ve forgotten my Club Card – will my class attendance still be registered?
Yes, you can still check in for your class and this will count towards the challenge total. However you must have your phone and Club Card with you in order to redeem rewards.
How many classes per day count towards the challenge?
Only one class a day counts towards your 30-class total. This is in place to make sure as many members as possible get the chance to attend the classes they love.
