Between 10th June until 31st July, take part in 30 amazing group exercise classes and win some great treats along the way. If you complete all 30 classes, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a £2000 voucher towards an amazing Caribbean holiday of your dreams, courtesy of our partner Sandals!
Complete classes to win treats
It's never been easier to stay healthy and active this summer! From 10th June, simply activate the Summer Fit Challenge when you log into The Club Company App. The app will then begin tracking every class you check in for between 10th June - 31st July. Only one class a day will count towards the challenge. You'll be able to see how many classes you've completed and how close you are to your next reward!
Your club treats at a glance
- Complete 10 classes and claim a free tea or coffee
- Finish 15 classes and get a free guest pass
- Get to 20 classes and you'll receive a free pack of booty bands
- After 25 classes, you'll get a complimentary PT session for you or another member to use
- Finish all 30 to be entered into our Caribbean holiday voucher prize draw!
Once you have hit one of our treat milestones, simply take your app voucher to a member of staff who can help you redeem it.

1. You can start the challenge any time between 10th June - 31st July

The Offer
These Terms and Conditions, Club Guides, Membership Terms and Conditions and The Club Company standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern this Offer. By participating in the Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including promotional materials. Please read the following terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.
Full Terms And Conditions
Complete the Summer Fit Challenge between 10th June - 31st July to be entered into a prize draw to win a £2000 voucher to be used towards a Sandals or Beaches holiday or a 2-night hotel stay (second prize). Collect club treats along the way when you hit 10, 15, 20 and 25 classes. To start the challenge simply activate the Summer Fit Challenge in The Club Company App. (the “Offer ”).

- Entrants must hold a valid membership at one of the participating venues above to take part
- Entrants must attend 30 group exercise classes between 10th June - 31st July to be entered into the prize draw
- Entitlement to the Offer is personal to the member and cannot be transferred
- Prize draw entry is dependent on member activating Summer Fit Challenge on The Club Company App and then checking into and attending 30 classes at their home club during the time period
- The challenge may be started on any day between 10th June - 31st July but must be completed by 31st July 2024
- Only one class per day will be counted towards the Summer Fit Challenge
- Member must be in receipt of their unique Club Card in order to redeem rewards
- Club treats are non-transferrable with the exception of free PT session which may be transferred to another valid health club member
- Prize draw winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of challenge ending. Winner must claim prize by 14th August 2024
- All goods and services detailed in treat vouchers must be redeemed by until 23:59 on 31st August 2024
- Free tea or coffee voucher entitles the user to a standard tea or any medium coffee exclusive of add ons such as extra shots or syrups
- 2-night hotel stay is for one of The Club Company hotel venues for two people sharing a room valid from 01/10/24 – 30/12/24. Subject to availability
- Packs of booty bands are subject to availability while stocks last
- Two prize draw winners will be awarded across The Club Company collection of clubs
- Multiple challenges cannot be activated by the same entrant across multiple clubs
- This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
- The Club Company reserves the right to remove promotional material from circulation, amend these Terms or withdraw the Offer at any time. In the event of any dispute, The Club Company’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into
- Participation in this Offer is exclusively for existing members of the sites listed above and no team members of The Club Company are permitted to take part
- No under-18s are permitted to take part in the Offer
- By participating in the Offer any personal data that you submit to us will at all times be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or redeemed for cash alternatives
- This Offer may be added to, amended or removed without notice and at the discretion of the club’s management
- This Offer is subject to availability and may be terminated early by The Club Company at any time
- If a member is an existing PT client, the free PT session must be taken in addition to any existing plan. Members may pass their free session on to another health member at any of the venues listed above
Sandals or Beaches Holiday Voucher Terms and Conditions
- The e-gift card has an approximate retail value of £2000 to redeem against a Sandals or Beaches Resorts holiday
- The e-gift card can be redeemed by calling our dedicated team at 0844 257 0397 or by emailing partners@sandals.co.uk. The recipient can advise the agent of their preferred travel dates and resort of choice for a quote to be provided at that day’s rate/price. The quote provided by the agent on that day’s rate/pricing is final. Rates/Pricing is live and subject to change and availability if the booking is not locked in the same day. The booking cannot be held if the recipient decides that they don’t want to finalize their booking at that time
- The e-gift card cannot be redeemed through any third-party tour operators or travel agents, even if the third party sells holidays to Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts. Your e-gift card can only be redeemed through (“UCHL”/the “e-gift card issuer”)
- The recipient of the e-gift card must be the lead passenger and must travel on all bookings that the e-gift card is redeemed against
- The reservations/bookings made with the e-gift card must be redeemed (not travelled) within 12 months from the purchase date
- The travel date must NOT be within 90 days from the date of redemption
- The e-gift card cannot be combined with any other voucher codes or cash back promotions
- e-gift cards do not become “active” until they are redeemed at which point upon redemption your ATOL certificate will be issued with your booking confirmation
- After the e-gift card’s expiration date, the e-gift card can no longer be redeemed. Any remaining funds on the e-gift card will expire and be deemed null and void. If the recipient is unable to redeem the e-gift card before the e-gift card’s expiration Date, the e-gift card will be forfeited and referred to the provider
- The e-gift card is not transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash. The e-gift card has no cash and/or refund value
- The recipient holiday booking(s) using the e-gift card are all subject to availability
- The e-gift card can be used to purchase flights and accommodations together as a package holiday or used to purchase accommodation only. The e-gift card cannot be used to purchase flights without accommodations
- The e-gift card can be used against the recipient’s holiday(s) to any Sandals Resort or Beaches Resort on sale through UCHL, for any available departure date subject to availability at the time of booking
- The e-gift gift card can be used for multiple bookings, before the e-gift card’s Expiration Date. However, if the value of the booking(s) exceeds the e-gift card value the recipient is fully responsible to pay the additional cost at the time of booking or the booking will not be confirmed
- Please keep your Sandals and/or Beaches e-gift card secured, as if it is cash. UCHL/the eGift card issuer shall not be responsible if the e-gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission. UCHL/the e-gift Card issuer reserves the right to cancel an e-gift card in its sole discretion, if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Altered or cancelled e-gift cards will not be accepted
- Sandals and Beaches e-gift cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash
- Sandals and Beaches e-gift cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection until redeemed
- If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, or use of your Sandals and Beaches e-gift cards, please contact our dedicated team at partners@sandals.co.uk You will be required to provide your gift card number and booking reference if redeemed
- Once a booking is confirmed using the e-gift card, there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. Other charges may apply according to the airline e.g., ticket reissue fees. If the value of the new holiday booked is higher than the original holiday, the recipient will be liable to pay the difference. If the value of the new holiday is less than the original holiday, the recipient will not be entitled to refund of the difference
- If the reservation using all or part of the e-gift card is cancelled by the recipient, there will be no cash refund, but the recipient will be able to book an alternative holiday in accordance with clause 25 below. If the reservation is cancelled by the card issuer for any reason the card issuer shall offer the recipient a replacement holiday at the same value as the original holiday
- Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts are “All Inclusive” hotels in the Caribbean. Accommodations are inclusive of all meals, premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkelling, Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas, resort gratuities, resort taxes and resort transfers to and from the selected or designated resort’s airport in the Caribbean. Beaches Resorts offers X-Box playroom and Kids Camp
- There are no restrictions on the number of companion(s) however Sandals Resorts are for couples and all rooms and suites feature one king sized bed. Beaches Resorts are family friendly, and the recipient may bring companion(s) under the age of 18 years old
- The e-gift card can be used against the following products, booked through UCHL, only before departure. All products are subject to availability:
- International flights from the UK to the Caribbean
- Domestic/connecting flights if they are on sale
- UK Airport Lounge access
- Selected Island Routes tours
- Selected spa treatments
- Selected Resort extras such as a Private Candlelit Dinner
- The e-gift card cannot be used for flights or any other transport that’s not on sale through UCHL. The e-gift card cannot be used to purchase anything at a Sandals Resorts or a Beaches Resorts including but not limited to items at the Speciality or Gift shops, telephone calls, Red Lane spa treatments or services, tours and excursions, inter island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes, weddings, wine from the manager’s wine list, ground transportation (outside of local airport transfers on the island where the selected or designated resort is located), travel insurance, passenger tariffs or duties,, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and taxes, tests and vaccination, Visas and ESTAs.

- Where the recipient cancels their holiday, they may be able to rebook an alternative holiday, subject to availability. The recipient will be liable to pay any administration fees, change fees and fare increases
- PRIVACY POLICY/USE OF DATA: ONLY THE NAME AND THE CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE Gift card recipient will be provided to UCHL/e-Gift Card issuer. The UK version of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as supplemented by the Data Protection Act 2018, provides a number of protections for use of your personal data. Any personal data collected from the Recipient and provided to Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. as the recipient for redemption purposes shall be subject to our privacy policy located at www.sandals.co.uk/general/priv.../. The Prize Provider will only use the personal data of the recipient and travel companion for the purposes of administrating the redemption, unless the recipient and travel companion provide express consent signifying their agreement to any other processing or use of their personal data. For redemption purposes the personal data collected from the recipient and travel companion will be shared with the Prize Provider reservations affiliate and the selected or designated resort which are both located outside of the United Kingdom
- Health & Safety: The health and safety of our guests is a priority, Sandals and Beaches Resorts each reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.
- Travel Safety: The recipient is responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, some destinations may require all guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre-travel and post travel, to return to your original destination. The recipient is responsible for checking the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (“FCDO”) website before travel and the official Government website for the country they are visiting for all pre and post travel protocols. UCHL and/or Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel or post-travel requirements
- Compliance With Government Entities: gift card recipient, Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts and/or any of their related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of any agreement or any agreement entitling the guests to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund
- CLASS ACTION WAIVER: THIS SECTION PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING ANY CLAIM BROUGHT UNDER AS A RESULT OF ANY AGREEMENT. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST ANY ENTITY UNDER THE UNIQUE GROUP AND/OR SANDALS RESORTS WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS. IF GUEST’S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS, AMENITIES, TRANSPORATION AND OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS (available here for Sandals Resorts: www.sandals.com/terms-conditio.../) and available here for Beaches Resorts: https://www.beaches.com/genera... THE GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GUEST AGREES THAT THE PARTIES REFERENCED IN FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ANY CLAIM BY GUEST CAN RECEIVE IMMEDIATE JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
